    Called to schedule appointment 2 tires and alignment. I get there at 11 am my appointment time. Tires are not there yet, 35 to 40 min. So I sit and wait because car was not drivable. 12 noon rolls around my tires show up. They finish my tires but now I have to wait because they had a truck that needed breaks done on the alignment machine. And instead of doing it while I waited for my tires they waited til after my tires got done. They pop tires on that truck and move it to a different bay. They finish my car and I don’t get out of there til 1 P.M. This is the second time it’s happened to me same situation.
