It wasn’t there before I entered the wash. I just mentioned it to the shorter bearded employee as just an fyi. I stated “I know once it leave the dealership it’ll never be as pretty.” I told him “I just wanted to let you know, not a big deal,” He tried telling me it was from a rock from the road, I stated “but a rock kicked up from the road does not make the exact same mark at the same height and length.” He told me “At least you're privileged enough to have the vehicle.” I thought it was beyond rude. Been going there since 2016. So I’ll go somewhere else.
