  First time I rented a car, my process was really easy and smooth, Sam was really nice and polite, she answered all the questions I had, and I will definitely will be back to this location in the future.

  Friendly staff, the car drive well. We drove up to northern Michigan, we received 14" of snow overnight, I really appreciate that the car came with a snow brush!

  Sam, the manager at this location, is absolutely fantastic. I was in an accident and dealing with the other driver's insurance (Progressive) and the repair facility they chose (Caliber Collision) and both of those companies were a nightmare to deal with. Sam was a breath of fresh air in an incredibly frustrating situation due to her kindness, patience and commitment to excellent customer service. What happened with Progressive and Caliber is a very long story, but ultimately Caliber tried to return my vehicle with electrical and mechanical issues that didn't exist before the accident, so I demanded they tow my car to a certified mechanic at a Toyota dealership because I was angry they tried to pull a fast one and return my car with problems they caused and admittedly "had no idea" how to repair. They had already marked the repairs as complete, which triggered Progressive to let Enterprise know that they would be done paying for the rental after the next day. When I talked to Sam and explained the situation and that I would need to extend the rental, she assured me that Enterprise would do so and I wouldn't be charged. She also went above and beyond to deal with Progressive on my behalf. Then, when the car was done at Toyota, Progressive and Caliber argued for three days over who would pay the couple hundred dollar bill, preventing me from being able to pick up my car. Sam again came through and assured me that she would work everything out with the rental and not to worry because I wouldn't be charged and she would be able to extend it again. She went out of her way to be understanding and compassionate and help me in every way that she could. She also allowed me to leave the rental at the Brookfield Toyota dealership when I picked up my car and she arranged a pick up with the Brookfield Ford dealership, which was not a normal drop off location for Enterprise but was most convenient for me. She was so incredibly thoughtful and treated me like I was her friend or family. She did everything she could to make the situation better and easy for me. Her professionalism and customer service is top notch and I was beyond impressed with how she handled things. She even called me after they got the rental back to let me know everything looked good and when I could expect to see the deposit refunded to my credit card. Sam is a fantastic example of great management and customer service skills. She's truly a gem and was a pleasure to work with.
