Customer service in next to impossible to get a hold of so having charges fixed takes days on the phone. Even their live chat says “no one available” constantly. I would try any other company. EDIT- MARCH 19,2025 Daniel reached out to me after reading my review and fixed everything in one call and credited my account for all the hassle! Even called back to make sure the error code on device was fixed and said I can call him directly in the future. I would give 5 stars to him.

I'm sure there has to be a safer way to do this. In all weather conditions specially when its snowing or a hard rain not safe at all.
