  Everybody is so kind & thorough everytime I come here. They gave me a list of all recommended maintenance that needs to be done which most oil change places don’t do. Very affordable for the parts & labor. I was in & out in less than half an hour. 5 stars, easy.

  Previously had oil change at dealership. They used air tools making it almost impossible to loosen bolts but Tanner, James, and Jacob worked carefully and efficiently to remove parts without stripping or breaking. It was very busy, they took care of all of the customers quickly and professionally. Strongly recommend. Fast. Reasonable. Attentive. Courteous.

  We got our transmission, brake, cooling fluids all changed, and a serpentine belt changed. Dre was really great the whole time, very nice, friendly, and professional! The prices are better than most around the area, and the environment was chill. Everyone there was super knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend going here for your car needs!

  The three service technicians that helped me went far above and beyond my expectations. Not only did they get me in and out lickety split. Drea, Jess and Tanner were not only very knowledgeable they were also extremely well mannered and great to strike up a casual conversation with the time flew by. They really took care of this Army Veteran and gave me a special discount to boot. Most importantly they let me pick the products that went in and on my Jeep. They were super helpful and attentive when I made my decision and answered all my questions.

  Well, the one in Chippewa Wisconsin did a terrible job they didn’t check my blinkers washing fluid air on my tires my cabin air filter, which I did not know I had but they checked off they did everything so I talked to the general managers and he got me to one of their shops in Eau Claire and they handled me just right like it was supposed to be the first time I’d rather go to the one in Eau Claire from now on or Rice Lake
