  I went in kinda knowing what I wanted. Salesman was great. It took all of 20 minutes to look at a few and we wrote it up and I paid for it.

  Union Trailer is fantastic. I bought a new snowblower from them. There was a problem with it prior to shipping so Max (also fantastic) upgraded me at not additional cost. Sadly I live on the other side of the State and may not be able to deal with them as often as I’d like but if I can buy from them again I certainly will. They went out of their way to be accommodating for a non-local buyer with a low probability of repeat purchases - I am impressed beyond belief. Thank you Max and the UNion team.

  100% satisfied with my purchasing experience. Very professional and great customer service. They take time to listen to the customer and fulfill their needs. I had second thoughts about my initial purchase and contacted them to see if I could make a change before it shipped. Without 20 questions or pushback they allowed me to make a change to my order—doing so without the hassle of re-processing everything. The price difference was just charged separately. That made everything go smooth and problem free. There was no delay in processing the order and shipped perfectly on time. Luckily, I had my second thoughts and contacted them before they were about to put it on the truck to ship out. That was great an example how fast they were going to ship my product! Pricing is great with immediate shipping and tracking information provided. Follow up was made after my purchase to let me know when the product shipped and communicated back with any other questions I had, through text messages. That helped not miss any of the important information. I asked a couple questions via text and was promptly called to discuss it, which was even better. I would if needed, buy from them again and also recommended to anyone else in the market for what they sell, to do so too. Lastly, and most important, my order arrived correctly in perfect condition. Great doing business!
