  Outstanding experience with Union Trailer & Power Equipment I had an excellent experience purchasing an Ariens Platinum 30 SHO from Union Trailer & Power Equipment. From start to finish, everything they told me checked out exactly as promised. They offered one of the best prices I could find anywhere, free freight shipping to New England, and clear, honest communication throughout the process. The machine shipped quickly via professional freight (Estes), tracking was provided, and the timeline matched what they originally said. It’s obvious they know what they’re doing when it comes to high-demand equipment and logistics. No games, no surprises — just a straightforward, smooth transaction on a big purchase. I did a lot of research before buying, and Union Trailer stood out as the best option by far.   My experience at Union Trailer has been positive each time. I bought my enclosed trailer there and that's been great (everyone should have an enclosed trailer if you ask me). During Covid they came and picked up my riding mower and repaired it and brought it back. In 2023 I traded my older tractor in for a new 2024 Mahindra that I LOVE. It just hit its 50 hour mark so it was time to go through it, change fluids, torque the bolts, etc. and they came and picked it up and had it back to me in between some snowfalls - all ready to tackle anything. I use it for snow plowing and hauling firewood and it's been wonderful - and you can't beat a heated/air conditioned cab. When I was looking, they patiently answered all my questions, let me try various models and after shopping at multiple tractor and implement places, I came back to Union because of how great they were to deal with. I got a fair price on trade, a great deal on my tractor (if you're thinking about buying - talk to them about what they can do on both pricing and financing - I was very happy with both). They've answered questions that have come up and I've called or emailed. I like that they're local and very knowledgeable about what they sell. And I've learned they stand behind the equipment they sell which is important - if something goes wrong I don't want to have to haul the equipment out of the area or take it somewhere that doesn't know that equipment well.
