- SGSheryl GonzalesAug 15, 20251.0I will NEVER call them again for anything. First, they couldn't actually fix my car, then they didn't manage to get the vehicle towed to someone that could. So I had to arrange for someone else to tow it. Said would only charge me $250 + tax and not charge for the diagnostic, but the total came to $389+. I will never call them again, nor will I ever recommend them! After their response I just have to reply to demonstrate their ability to LIE to customers - they did NOT at ANY time offer to tow my vehicle anywhere else for free! In fact, they REFUSED to tow it anywhere & wouldn't take my card or check or cash payment!! Makes it really hard to pay for ANYTHING when they refuse to accept it!! Just remember - they do know how to lie, even if they do NOT know how to treat customers!!
