  I called inquiring about a repair for a windshield. Sarah, who answered the phone was very rude and dismissive and hung the phone up in my face. I would not recommend this place based off the customer service.

  I cannot say enough great things about Mander Collision & Glass in Cedarburg. From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding. Brian Birch, the General Manager, sets the gold standard for customer service. He went above and beyond at every step — clear communication, honest expectations, and genuine care for making sure everything was handled perfectly. You don’t find that level of professionalism and personal attention very often anymore. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and efficient.   What a pleasure doing business with Cindy and Christel. Had a shattered side view mirror snd Mander completed the repair in less than a day. Customer service was amazing. Even washed and vacuumed my vehicle too. Definitely will refer friends and family!! Thanks again!!

  My Buick Encore was rear ended this past summer and I brought it to Mander for repairs. A little while after I picked it up, I noticed one of the plastic rear wheel well trim pieces was a little loose. You could see that some of the plastic brackets and clips were broken. I took it back to Mander and was told they noticed that too, at the time of the repair. They said it was from a previous accident/repair by someone else. When I told them I'd bought the car new and this was the first repair, they shrugged and said it wasn't their problem. Well, yesterday, a brushless car wash blew the trim piece off. I took it to another body shop and found out I could install a new part myself but, the cost of the part would be close to $400. They also pointed out the epoxy residue from where Mander tried to glue the clips. It's obvious that Mander missed the damage of this part on their original insurance estimate and tried to cover the mistake, instead of making the repair properly. The new body shop I was at called Mander and explained what happened. Mander looked back at the records and said there was nothing they could do about it.
