  This was for an insurance claim. I liked how seamlessly enterprise worked with my collision center and my insurance. And Alec, my enterprise rep, was great. He was very customer service focused, positive, and thorough.

  We needed to rent a vehicle just for a few hours. We needed to go to the airport to catch a flight. The service was awesome and the vehicle was absolutely great.

  My own vehicle was absolutely out of commission, so I truly had a need for the rental. My insurance was paying for it, so I didn't mind that there was not a huge selection the day I went in to pick up a car. I was given an upgrade from sedan to a small Hyundai SUV. It was an alright vehicle, but i live in the sticks and the roads aren't always great in the start of February. After driving it for a few fays, I inquired about trading it in for something with AWD capabilities. My agent was fully understanding and genuinely concerned with my being 100% satisfied. We set up a time when there would likely be more options returning to the store's location. Upon my arrival, I was awarded yet another upgrade to a full sized SUV, which happened to be a 2026 Chevy Traverse with low miles. There was no extra cost. I then changed my return arrangements roughly 6-7 times and was sure that the staff must be getting annoyed with me by now, haha. Guess again!! They were down to earth, understanding, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. Thank you!!!
