Communication was OK but the bumper ended up having poor sanding (edges), bulging in an area, and was unevenly put on. With that, I was told the bumper arrived damaged and needed to be repaired - not acceptable using damaged parts. A new bumper should have been ordered..likely why bulging. Was disappointing.

The construction company responsible for the damage wanted to remove the cement themselves using acid and, when I said I wasn't comfortable with that, they said their "friend's auto body shop" would remove the cement using sandpaper. I didn't feel like the the company had my best interest in mind when offering their solutions so I took my car to Mander Collision in Brookfield for a repair estimate (I was also really interested in seeing how they recommended the cement be removed). They took the car into the shop to look it over and prepare the estimate. When they returned the car, the cement splatters were gone! No acid or sandpaper was used! Apparently they were able to lift the cement using a plastic tool and then lightly buffed areas of the car from which they removed the cement. I SO appreciate their fix! I definitely recommend Mander Collision after my great experience with them!
