It took me a lot to get here, but I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received at this location. Multiple times I have come in, and had a defective part installed into my vehicle. This forced me to return to the store multiple times in a row for them to fix the problem. The repairs and estimates this store has given me have always been in the thousands, and so I’ve paid absurd amounts of money to get my vehicle repaired, and they cant even get the job done right the first time. The first instance of a defective part was when I came in for my drive shaft replacement. They fixed some random thing in the car and charged me for it before identifying that it was actually the drive shaft that needed fixing, so they did that in a second appointment. Come to find out I still needed it fixed and so I went back for a third day in a row for them to tell me the part was defective and they had to replace it altogether again. 3 days and thousands of dollars later, I was finally able to resume using my car. The most recent thing was my charcoal canister broke and they had to replace it. They installed the part, and I asked them if it was safe to drive cause my vehicle was still making noise. They told me it was definitely safe and that I could take the car. A DAY later, the check engine light came back on so I had to go back AGAIN the next day and have the charcoal canister replaced. They again told me that the part was defective and had to replace it. Thing is, WITH THIS PART THEY COULD HAVE SMOKE TESTED IT BEFORE GIVING IT BACK TO ME THE FIRST TIME AND THEY DIDNT!! They basically were asking me to come back because they did not care to check the quality of the part they were giving me. The store has a constant issue with their supplier providing defective parts, so beware! DO NOT GO HERE OR THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR CAR AND CHARGE YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE! I had to miss a lot of time for other important things because I had to forcefully come back to Goodyear for them to fix their mistake. They do not care about your time or peace of mind. The last straw was that I had already scheduled an appointment to get new tires installed on my vehicle. I've already spent countless days trying to get my vehicle fixed and dumped thousands of dollars into repairs, but they checked my alignment and told me that I should get one done. I asked if they could waive the fee for the alignment this time because they have consistently messed up on my vehicle and taken time and peace of mind away from me. They do not care about my safety, as they consistently mess things up with my vehicle. In the end, the manager (the bigger one, named Tyler) told me “car stuff happens, it's not our fault” and told me I was to blame for the issues with the car. That is so frustrating that when I finally complain about all the service I have received at this store, their response is “IT'S YOUR FAULT”??? HELLOOOO???? Worst service I have ever received and I will finally not be coming back. I really wanted to have faith in this store but I simply could not look past all their mistakes, errors, and poor customer service skills. I will be calling corporate on Monday to complain further because this situation has been so frustrating and I will never be returning to this location ever again. Update: Have just submitted a formal complaint to corporate and will pursue further avenues to get my experience rectified.

I do highly recommend Goodyear Tosa for anything tires - but not for other services. They quoted over $1,400 for front brakes - ?! Others quoted $400-$600. I've had other high quotes on other things over the years as well.
