  I had such a positive experience with Enterprise, I wish I couldn’t remember employee’s name that helped me from the beginning, Everything from initial contact until the time I drove off their lot with the vehicle I requested. He was training a New employee, who was equally helpful and it was only his third day, he is going to be a big asset to Enterprise. I will always refer people to Enterprise, This was a very stressful time for me, as my vehicle was Being Repaired after an accident and they both made it so much better.

  On January 30th I was given a Mitsubitshi that did not have an enclosed trunk. The car sounded like a truck. I called the office. I believe the representative's name was Michael that I spoke to. I explained I do a lot of shopping and I do not want my items to be exposed to prevent someone from looking inside and breaking the car window to steal my belongings. He arranged for me to bring the Mitsubishi back on Monday, February 2nd and receive a Toyota Corolla with a enclosed trunk. When I arrived at the office in Brookfield, Wisconsin, your representative Trevor took excellent care of me. He was very professional and friendly. He treated me with the utmost dignity and respect. He apologized for my inconvenience. He took time to explain the features of the Toyota Corolla, which I really appreciated. I feel that Trevor is a great asset to Enterprise.
