- HMHolly MarkinDec 29, 20251.0Rented a car with a crack in the windshield, unknowingly. Luckily I took a picture of the damaged hood that shows the crack in the windshield. They are saying that I damaged the windshield, even though the picture clearly shows the crack, and are filing a claim. BEWARE and make sure you check EVERYTHING before renting from them. They don’t give you a car with a full tank and they fail to fill the windshield washer fluid. TAKE PICTURES from ALL ANGLES in good lighting!
