- MMMarlene MartinezSep 18, 20251.0Pésimo servicio, hoy antes de mi le pasó lo mismo a otro cliente, el manager de este horario de hoy jueves aproximadamente 6pm atendió de mal humor al cliente y cuando el cliente salió todavía le dijo de cosas, cuando me tocó a mi de un producto de garantía se portó bien grosero y me dijo que necesitaba el recibo, y si lo había comprado ahí que no me podía ayudar, esas expresiones con mala expresión, depotisto, prepotencia y aún me dijo otras cosas que ya no quiero recordar, la verdad a esta tienda de esta ubicación no regreso jamás, y si los dueños no atienen este problema se van a quedar sin clientes. Terrible service, today before me the same thing happened to another customer, the manager at this time today Thursday at approximately 6pm served the customer in a bad mood and when the customer left he still said things to him, when it was my turn for a warranty product he was very rude and told me that he needed the receipt, and if I had bought it there he couldn't help me, those expressions with a bad expression, despotisto, arrogance and he even said other things to me that I no longer want to remember, the truth is I will never return to this store at this location, and if the owners do not address this problem they will be left without customers.

But I needed a tail light on a Sunday and felt the need to deal with a place where employees would know what they were doing. This is where I found WILLIAM, who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what I needed and also was extremely helpful to me as I chose some very quality windshield wipers and a product for removing scratches. If I happened to pay a little more than I would have at a big box store, it was worth every penny for the quality service I received from WILLIAM. I hope he is appreciated for who he is and what he does because he is an asset for Advanced Auto Parts! Thank you.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
