- JRJohn Ryan3 days ago1.0If negative was an option i would pick that. Never can get ahold of anyone when you call and if you do you have to wait on hold for over an hour. Your luck if you get through because most of the time they will click you off and you need to call back again and wait even longer. The first 2 years i had it when i would go to get a calibration done i would have to go back to the shop because the hand held would stop working. Some times have to go back 2 or 3 times and even wait for them to send more hand held to the shops. Most of the shops tell me that they do not pay them and they need to beg to get there payment for doing the service for them. They do not care if you have to get your car towed or late for work they just so o well. One of the worst companies i have ever had to deal with at all. I do not understand why any state would use them for this service. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYONE. If there is another option by all means go with a different company. They have no problem taking your money, even if they should not be. I had to cancel cards to get them to stop stealing from me multiple times while i had this unit. If you even call in and need to call back, they do not take notes about issues that are going on so you have to start all over explaining your issue for every person you talk to.
