- JSJim SoykJul 9, 20251.0I would not use this company at all costs. I have had an intoxalock in my car for over 2 years and have had nothing but trouble. I had a cable go out on the unit. My car would not start because of the equipment failure. Even with towing insurance I still had to pay $100 to have the car towed and the cable replaced when it was no fault of my own. Beware that the device will drain you battery and cause a lockout which will cost you $75. I have been stranded because of malfunctioning intoxalock. When you call customer service you talk to someone with limited understanding of English. I am beyond frustrated with this company. These are just a few of the problems that I have encountered. I would use anyone but them. I'm just trying to warn others before they use intoxalock and go through the frustration that I have.
