Had tires installed and alignment completed. Something was not done properly or fastened appropriately after the alignment and it came out of alignment somewhere during the process. When I went in to get the 2nd alignment done within the 90 day grace period the front tires were completely worn. Jessica had come out and looked at them (which the outer edges of the tire were bald so it was pretty apparent what it was caused from). I had submitted information to the tire manufacturer because the tires only had around 6k miles on them, so I was waiting to hear back to see if they would be replace them. I let them know that I wanted the two worn tires rebalanced because I was getting some vibration while driving on the interstate. This was not completed. Fast forward I got results from the tire manufacturer and with their findings it was clearly the alignment that caused the issue. So I ordered all 4 new tires and went in to the Beloit store to discuss a path forward. Upon getting to the store, I waited somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes before someone came and actually assisted me even though I had nodded and received a nod back from 2 employees. Finally, someone came out and let me know that Jessica would be out soon to assist me. After another 10 minutes Jessica finally came out and I let her know the results with the tire manufacturer that I mentioned the last time I was in to get the 2nd alignment. Jessica started saying that I should have brought this to her attention sooner and I let he know again that I had and she came out and looked at my tires with me. Multiple times Jessica tried telling me that I had to do something to make the alignment go out on my vehicle and I let her know multiple times that I hadn’t done anything to my vehicle, I didn’t hit anything or cause any damage, and I also just drive the interstate so I am not off roading in it. Jessica was in the middle of telling me I had to do something to damage it for the 3rd time so I started calmly talking over her to give her the same response. She got all frustrated and walked away and called her boss and came back about 10 minutes later and said I needed to go somewhere else to have the tires installed (why, I don’t know because they installed them the 1st time) and then come back and they would perform the alignment. I asked how would that fix the fact that I just had to spend $600 to replace my tires they just installed and then she stated all she could was refund the alignment sorry about your tires. An absolutely terrible experience all around and the way management handles a situation is very unprofessional, accusing the customer of sabotaging their work. While I was in on this visit it was really easy to see how someone could make a mistake. I saw an employee vaping on something trying to be discreet while walking to enter the store front from the shop and once coming through the door looked baked out of his mind. Will not be bringing my vehicle back here for service

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone in need of honest work done on their vehicle to go see Jessica at Mavis in Beloit. We live in Florida and our daughter is a student at Beloit College. She picked up a screw in her tire and went to another local tire shop. Rather than patching the tire, they seemingly tried to take advantage of her by trying to sell her a brand-new tire that she didn't need (overpriced as well $200+). I called Mavis, Jessica was a complete professional with profound empathy for us as concerned parents and our daughter who was stressed out. Jessica immediately provided a best-case scenario - patch the tire and a worst-case scenario - overnight order of the same tire with the best price anywhere on the internet. My daughter went in to see Jessica today and she went above and beyond AGAIN by giving my daughter the red-carpet treatment and patched her tire thereby saving her about $200. Mind you, Jessica also had the new tire special ordered w/ overnight delivery so either way they would have our daughter safely back on the road. I cannot express how grateful we are for people like Jessica in this world who are honest and out to help people - not there to take advantage of them in stressful situations to increase revenue. Jessica just gained quite a few new customers as our daughter will let everyone at Beloit College know to go see Jessica if they have any vehicle repair / tire needs. Thanks Jessica, we appreciate you more than we can articulate in this review!!!
