  Honestly, you guys are the biggest waste of time, at this location. I’ve rented from enterprise before which is why I’m so confused and I’m leaving this review because I’ve never had this problem. Being called up and told that I need to prove who I am. Having an ID, insurance, a credit card and paying cash for the four days that I need the car is not enough. Apparently I still needed to show you a utility bill which I couldn’t give you because I don’t get utility bills. It’s weird when you have a person that has a super extreme Indian accent talking to you on the phone and telling you that you’re not a real person when my entire life, the person on the other side that voice has been a scammer. That accent, I’ve never trusted. It’s frustrating, To know that 420 some dollars my credit card my ID and insurance is not enough to rent a car. I hope I never have to rent from you ever again. I’m curious when you’re at the airport how you produce a utility bill. Because usually at the airport, a credit card, ID, insurance and cash to pay for the damn car is enough

  Worst place ever. Guy ran my card twice and charged me twice. When I went and told him I need my money back you took $1200 for a car for a week he kept telling me they only charged me once. I had proof from my bank that they charged me twice. He basically said he couldn’t help me. I will never go back. Maybe if the man wasn’t in such a hurry to get me out of there he would have done his job correctly.

  Had to wait for car to be cleaned. They dont do walk around with you for damages on car. They do walk around on it while it is dirty. They take pictures of damaged areas and pictures of all 4 sides. Parking lot had packed snow which is slick that you gotta drive up and down hill on. Also have to walk across the snow packed parking lot to get in door. Tiny parking lot.

  They were so nice to pick me up at the repair shop when I needed.to rent a car. They also let me leave their car at the repair shop since I didn't have anyone to take me to return it. With this happening so close to Thanksgiving, I was so thankful to get a car so soon so I could spend Thanksgiving with family! Thank you Enterprise !
