    My mom went for an oil change, and they came up after a few minute and told her they couldn't do the oil change. She proceeded to go home, and on her way, her oil light came on, so she pulled over, and then her engine stalled. She called a tow from ZRC out of Juneau, and he said that he has had to tow many people that use this place. My mom then took it upon herself to do an oil change, and then she noticed there was no drain plug. She went and got the drain plug oil and filter to do the oil change herself, but now her car won't start. I talked to the manager, Tyler, and he asked for an invoice, but they didn't do the oil change, so there was no invoice, but they did something to cause the drain plug to fall out. Beware of this place it cost my mom 11k on a car she got 5 months ago.

    worst place to go, while I was speaking with Tayler, he wasn’t listening ignoring me, they broke my vehicle and just fixing adding silicone they broke the treads and just hold the bolt with silicone and I have to pay a fix of 1125 dollars, once I turn and stop talking to Tyler he was making fun with the rest of the co workers and laughing so disrespecfull guys

    Do better, came in cause it was cold. I usually do them myself ended up paying 150 bucks. absolute bare minimum plus fills my dipstick low. I call him out on it. He says “I can add another half court for you.” Proceeds to add oil then states a new price charging a full court yeah OK buddy. it’s poor place for the customer come and get engine damage due to poor service and low oil and pay full price. go to a real mechanic or go on YouTube. I trusted them once and never again
