My car was brought here after it was rear ended on 1/12/22, Parts were finally in by early April. I could right an essay on all the issues i experienced with this place, but ill just give you some bulletins.
1. Dates kept moving despite things being "On Schedule" or going "According to plan"
2. I was told vehicle was complete or farther along then it actually was. I was once told it was being prepped for paint when it was actually in pieces from the driver seats back.
3. After moving the date 5-6 times after parts arrived, communication from the shop completely stopped. From May 25th Through early July the shop would no pick up phone calls, and even their call center was unable to reach them. I eventually had to get Regional/District Manager and insurance involved.
4. Regional told me the next date they gave me would be final, was eventually given 7/18 as a due date.
5. 7/18 arrives, told vehicle will be done, it passed its scans, they are just buttoning/cleaning it up and they'll call when to pick up. 30 minutes before close, i call and am told that the vehicle had failed its scans
6. 7/20 told vehicle is complete and we can pick it up.
7. Arrive on monday 7/25 to pick the vehicle up and its missing cosmetic part on the bumper. Told it will be in friday.
8. As of 8/10 this part still has not arrived and there is no indication of when it will arrive
9. The vehicle now has dashboard lights indicating the blinker does not work. This was the item that it had "Passed/Failed" the scan for
10. The final diagnostic scan indicates the shop should have back tracked the electrical to check for damaged wires, connectors, etc.. and then to confirm with one last scan. I have yet to be provided a copy of that scan indicating the vehicle was in good standing when it was given back to us.
Things i have found out during this process, that were not initially told to me, but only came to light after getting the regional involved or reviewing the documents afterwards. Parts were damaged and had to be reordered, parts were missed and not ordered on time, the laser measuring device used to measure the frame post weld did not have the appropriate software to perform the inspections. There is also an invoice for towing the vehicle on a date where it was considered finished and ready to pick up. This is a lot of issues for things "Going according to plan".
Bottom line, this place tells you day in and day out that everything is roses, but it simply isn't. The lack of communication made it hard/impossible to plan anything for the summer, with dates constantly changing, taking time off only to have no vehicle to pick up. Having to spend HOURS waiting on hold in an attempt to speak with ANYONE. I'm repeatedly assured that im in the best hands and that everything is going great, but am shown otherwise constantly with their actions.
This shop may do good work, and this may be a one off instance. But i do know, I now have a less than year old car that I will forever be fearful driving because of this experience, and there is no amount of money someone could pay me to have vehicle work done here again.
If any information on this matter changes, ill update this review, but otherwise assume what you will with the information above.

Edit:
No, Brian did not reach out, in fact he has never made an effort to be forward with information. I will add to this that i have been promised the document twice now, and still not provided it. I'll be picking the car up in a day or two, and if im not provided the documents supporting what im being told, i'll escalate this issue. I was given a copy of an invoice, but no supporting documentation. It turns out the cause of the issue was corrosion, which was specifically listed as an item to be checked for in the recommendations of the 3rd party tech performing the scan. Had those recommendations been followed this likely wouldn't have been back in the shop. It begs the question, if this can't be proven, what else may or may not be getting done or overlooked.
