  Our experience at Swant Graber was very messy. Our sales person was great at helping us find what we were looking for, but was very unorganized. The dealership mentioned how they are required to go through every car to ensure it meets their standard, but we had a few things that needed to be fixed within 2 weeks of owning it. We took it back (2 hour round trip) to have them fix something underneath the vehicle just for my husband to have to fix it because it wasn't done correctly. We were told to ask for a certain person once we arrived because he was expecting us, and then he wasn't even there once i arrived and no one knew what was going on. Pictures were provided and they did apologize for it, but what really upset me is that I washed my car and the brake light was holding moisture. They said they could fix it for 25% off. Its very unfortunate that we trusted them to buy a car that was essentially brand new, their words, but yet we already have to put money into it before we've even made a car payment. I do not recommend this dealership.

  We bought our first car in 2016. The salesman and service department were exceptional. That is what brought us back to Swant Graber for our new 2026 car. Jim Maier was great. He was friendly, taking the time to answer our questions and concerns. We hope to have the same great experience as we have had over the past 16 years with Swant Graber-Barron, Wisconsin.

  I have purchased several vehicles from Swant Graber. My son bought a vehicle from them and had several issues with the air bag suspension. They charged him $570 to fix the airbag shortly after he bought the truck. In a matter of a 2 days it had to go in again they didn’t fix the problem. I stated he shouldn’t have to pay the $150 again and they said he had to. I argued with them and they said they would take care of it the salesman said. When he went to pick it up the shop wanted to charge him because the salesman never told the shop. I called the salesman and he was rude. Needless to say they didn’t charge him. The windshield washer fluid sensor never worked from the beginning and they never fixed it. We had another mechanic look at a second issue on the truck and the mechanic said it should of been caught before selling it. Very dissatisfied and will never buy another vehicle from the dealership and especially from the salesperson.
