    Terrible service. They never seem to fail on trying to change my reservation. Gave them one more chance & they don’t try to find a solution to a problem. Booked a ford explorer & they tried to talk me into a minivan. Price went from original $150 to $250. After me declining that offer canceling my reservation was the best option for them. Call my go to branch in sun prairie & they got me into a vehicle with no excuses for my original reservation price.

    i bought this rental for a weekend vacation. The additional prices weren’t notable until the rental was purchased( unless the fees were hidden, which should’ve been vivid on the website) an extra $300 on top of the $700 rental for 4 days.very unhappy, go somewhere else for a car rental.

    Highly recommend this location! With unexpected car trouble occurring, my partner and I were in a bind. We were on our way from Milwaukee to Duluth, MN when our car needed to be towed. I called Enterprise and they were able to book me a car over the phone. Not only that, but they sent a driver out to pick me up. We were stuck at a BP about 20 minutes away so this was so helpful for us! They were able to give us a car and accommodate our dogs. We are now on our way back to Milwaukee with the rental. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!
