  Excellent service department. Transit Connect needed lower control arms. New tires were planned earlier. 1) I got an appointment to diagnose the issue, 2) parts came later that day 3) Got a call to bring the car at 7:00 am, the next day. Corey is on top of follow-up and follow through. Techs did great work. The car is smooth like new and it has higher mileage. Now prepared for long trips this summer. Thank you!

  All this dealer cares about is them making money! Bought a truck and had it a month and had major issues with it and dealer won’t help what so ever to help fix it/ or even help schedule a appointment for them to look at it. I’ll never go back there! Guess I’ll throw thousands into a vehicle I haven’t even made my first payment on …

  I called on Jan 7 to schedule an oil change and the 50k scheduled service I had gotten an email on. The service advisor told me there wasn't a 50k scheduled maintenance, just a 60k scheduled maintenance. He then told me that service included a transmission and rear diff flush and filter and told me it would cost $1545. Since there seemed to be confusion about 50k vs 60k maintenance I checked the owner's manual and app while on the phone with the service advisor. Neither reaource mentioned the fluid exchange service. The service advisor then told me that Ford had changed its service requirements and if I didn't do the fluid exchanges it would void my warranty. I didn't bother to go to the appointment. I called Ford which confirmed that there had been no change to the service schedule published in the owner's manual and advised me to do business with a different dealership. I then received ANOTHER email from Don Larson first saying my truck was due for its 50k maintenance which doesn't exist. I called and emailed asking for an explanation for the misinformation their service advisor was giving me. I didn't get a real answer just that the service manager would look in to it. To add insult, three other Ford dealerships quotes $450, $850 and $550 for the fluid exchange, much lower than the $1540 don Larson. Baraboo insisted my truck needed.

  We worked with Charlie Simmons on the purchase of our new vehicle. We never felt pressured, rushed into a decision, or strong-armed when we asked for time to run it through our budget. I have very high expectations for how I want to be treated by a sales team member and Charlie could teach a class on selling to millennial women. He acted with courtesy, consistency, and care in all steps. He directed answers to me when I asked questions about the financials or the vehicle, and never assumed my husband was the final say. Thank you Charlie!!

  I used Don Larson Ford's new mobile service last week for a recall on my Ford Bronco Sport. The appointment was easy to set up and I was able to track my appointment status on their consumer portal that was texted to me. It was nice not having to go to the dealership for recall service. They came to me! The service tech had great communication and was on time. Fernando was a pleasure to work with. The service truck looked professional and high tech. What you would expect from a Don Larson dealership. I would highly recommend!
