  Jeremy Seep was very easy to work with. He listened to everything we said and tried to find exactly what we were looking for. We traded two vehicles in for two new vehicles at the same time, so believe me he had his work cut out for him. We are very pleased.

  Very bad experience traded in my 2019 f150 for a 2020 gmc sierra. After owning the gmc for 1 day I noticed a loud clunk when I come to a stop and when I take off. I called and told them about it and took it in. They had it for 2 weeks the appointment to look at it was the first Monday after I took it in a 9am. At 12noon I received a message from the mechanic on fb telling me they havnt had time to look at it followed up with a call from the service advisor telling me they have had plenty of time looking at it. Week goes by the service manager wanted me to drive a hour to show him what's wrong with the truck so you havnt even looked at it I was there 3 minutes service manger didn't even talk to me. 2 days go by no one would answer my calls. Got a hold of the sales manger figure out what to do he proceeds to tell me the rear end needs rebuilt follows up with saying the shouldn't have to fix it. Takes them a week to fix "the rear end". Calls me tells me it's don't go to pick it up pull out the stall CLUNK. Look at the paper work the stated on there that it was normal. I look under it while someone puts it in reverse and than drive and I can see the clunk is from the rear axle rolling up and down than pops. Now I'm left with a 30 thousand dollar truck with a clunk they couldn't figure out and just wrote it as normal. Drive it once it's not normal. The rental they gave me was the same drive train that didn't do it. NORMAL NO CLUNK IN A VEHICLE ON A DEALERSHIP LOT SHOULD BE NORMAL. Than I notice stuff they didn't. This was my first experience here and my last. No one should have to we wrote off because they can't figure something out. 30 thousand dollar truck with a clunk.

  Bob & I bought a car at Don Larson a few days ago and we both agree if we ever have to buy another car, that's where we'll go. We will also ask to deal with Jeremy Seep. That guy really knows what he's doing. He explained everything without trying to hurry to get us out of there.He was very patient answering our questions, which were many.
