  Jeremy was amazing! Purchased my new Buick Encore, and he made sure the process was simple and smooth. He listened to what I was looking for and got me the best deal possible. Definitely recommend visiting if you’re in the market for a new car!

  My wife has brought her car here two times. Both times they have tried to upcharge her with needless things, including new tires and rims after they were already replaced prior. The car had check engine lights for the wrong oil being put in, 1200 miles after it's last oil change. So either they charged me for an oil change and never did it, or it was the wrong oil. Instead of testing the oil, the lady on the phone and the service advisor argued it, and suggested to my wife, we get another oil change. And the price they told my wife was drastically different then when I came in 500 to 250 difference. If this is how they handle cars for service, I definitely won't be returning or buying a car from here either. Don't want to imagine how they would have treated my wife if I wasn't there.

  Had to have my battery replaced here during a recent trip to Wisconsin. While they had my car under their care they said that a tire pressure monitor sensor went out and another was about to die. I declined the replacement at that time and I’ve been driving around for the past month with the tire light on and the tire pressure information unavailable on the dash. Neither of which were a problem when I originally arrived at Don Larson. Well, today I took my car into my local Chevy dealer for an oil change and had them look into the TPMS. They were able to relearn all the sensors for me at no additional cost. Not sure why this service wasn’t provided or even attempted at Don Larson. I simply cannot recommend a service department that returns your vehicle to you with more problems than you brought it in with.
