I was under my hood as everyone in the store was busy (but they were more than helpful and willing to come out when they became available)but Josh, who wasn't even on the clock but is employed by the store happened to be getting to the store with an armful of packages and he didn't hesitate for one New York minute to stop and help me. He was more than helpful, took ownership of my problem Immediately and installed the bulbs. I would like to let autozone know this is not my first time interacting with Josh. He is a wonderful employee, always helpful, and at some point he's going to to manage that store and then own the autozone name as long as they can manage to hold on to him. he has many traits that make him an excellent salesperson and brand visionary. As long as Josh and his team remain at that store and remain true to their commitment of customer service, I will always consider them first with my car-shopping needs.
