- CSChristopher SandersAug 15, 20253.0I've been a bass pro shop member for more than twenty years.And I always enjoy shopping at the stores. But just a few minutes ago I put all of my merchandise on a vacant register and walked out. The line for this only person checking out, wrapped all the way around to customer service. I watched as the one cashier radio for assistance multiple times. She very calmly.I've kept working through the people. Finally, a manager started sending people to customer service to check out. Meanwhile, we can see five people at customer service counter and another four door greeters on the other side. I stood there so long my feet were hurting and I started to sweat. I'm glad y'all were able to staff enough people to offer credit cards to but not enough to conveniently check out of your store. Sadly, I drove an hour and a half to shop at this store. Very disappointed at the lack of accommodation and planning. I thought for sure that managers, If anybody could operate a register.
- ABAvis BeiningFeb 11, 20241.0Bass pro shop will not honor lifetime warranty on Cabela's brand boots. Boots cracked at front ankle area after one season of use. After examination ,looks like the material dry rotted and would not flex anymore. Will never shop there again! One star is even too good of a rating! Over priced junk.
