  I would like to thank all the great staff at Zifko Automotive Care Center. We were traveling through Ashland and we had brake issues. I ask if it was possible to do the job right away because we are on vacation, and hope to make it to see the ice caves. The front staff were quick and friendly to find out from the mechanic if they had time to due the brake job. He talk to me for a few minutes and while I was talking to the mechanic we saw our truck heading into the shop. The staff informed me of a bad tire on the rear of the truck, after examining the tire I was agreeable that we needed a new tire. We truly appreciate the honesty and professionalism of this tire shop. Unfortunately we didn’t see the ice caves , but we left Zifko Automotive Care Center happy and knowing that are truck was fixed and ready for the journey home. Thank you to all the great staff.

  One of the most memorable customer service experiences that I have ever experienced. My vehicle broke down 40 miles outside of Ashland. Zifko’s sister towing company (Tomlinson’s) brought me to the shop where the staff generously brought me back to eat lunch with them. We had a wonderful conversation that lasted a few hours while they repaired my truck. I am genuinely appreciative of their hospitality and would recommend their company to anyone.
