- RRR.P.E.4 days ago2.0So…. as a long time customer when Dave Zentner owned this shop, (now owned by Nick Van, who owns Fox Cities Towing), It’s totally disappointing when your service writer ‘Justin’, is a complete tool bag to your customer base for _NO_ reason. He’s been snide with me when inquiring on the phone and then he did the same thing to my spouse for absolutely no reason with a bad attitude. For that, you lose my business and then I tell my clientele and everyone else that’s not how you treat a customer in a customer based industry. Dave Zentner never would’ve allowed this foolery and Todd (Who’s been there for over 20 years) wouldn’t either. If the new owner has any common sense at all, when you read this review, you would have a discussion with Justin, because I’ve heard this from other people who have frequented your business and it’s not acceptable. Do better.
