  I’m totally satisfied with the service. They did not complete. The job had to go somewhere else to get it calibrated. They offered no resolution other than a refund for the cost of going somewhere else. Left the windshield a mess full of glue from stickers. In other words, never cleaned it. Left these equipment in my car. It was very rude.

  I got two estimates and Safelite was half of the other estimate. I did have to go back a second time as the trim pieces didn't arrive with the windshield and the mirror wasn't completely tightened. Both of these issues were taken care of without incident. I did have my wiper blades replaced elsewhere as their price for that service was high. Their communications, throughout, were great.

  Lobby stuck of cigarettes so bad it made me sick and I had to immediately wash my clothes after getting home

  Eddie was amazing from calling to arrive early and explaining everything that he was going to do and the step for after. I would recommend to anyone for their car needs!

  Going to Safelite for my repair on Friday April 10th to have my windshield replaced was an amazing experience. The manager was very professional and he was great in answering my questions. They kept me advised as the repair was being done and the repair guy was so nice at the end of the repair, explained what I needed to do and thanked me for choosing them. You can tell a well run shop, when the employees thank their customers for trusting them. If I ever need to have a repair or replacement. This is where I would go.
