- MBMary Bishop5 days ago5.0Brought my son's '04 Toyota Corolla here. We know jack about cars. They were very honest and upfront about how much life we should expect from the car based on its current condition. They advised us on what absolutely needed to be fixed to make it safe to drive, and told us what to not bother with because it would be a waste of money based on the car's life expectancy. They were also all very friendly, down to earth, and didn't make us feel stupid for being car illiterate. That and the honesty was much appreciated.

I was so upset and had no clue what I was going to do as we weren’t from Appleton. I searched for near by mechanics and Robs came up, so the call was made. Scott took my call and calmed me down as I was crying and so upset. Scary situation as gas was coming out of my tank. He put my mind at ease and made me feel much better. Throughout the process of insurance calls, ordering the fuel tank and just overall communication, everything was flawless. I felt cared for and knew we were in good hands. I would recommend Rob’s anytime. Super great service and wonderful staff. I especially appreciate Scott for all his help.

(without trying to milk me for every penny) Their prices are very reasonable. And since I had to leave my vehicle with them, they gave me a loaner vehicle to use until my vehicle is ready. Trust was built in this first visit. There was no "add ons". No hidden fees. Just straight forward analysis. Their shop is immaculate. While you wait, they offer coffee, soda and water. Free wi-fi. A very nice waiting room with a clean bathroom. I truly felt they were looking out for my best interest. This says a lot.
