- JBJoshua BesawMar 30, 20265.0I came to Klug Family Repair after years of a recurring front end problem on my 2000 Honda Prelude that a previous shop couldn't solve despite multiple strut mount, strut, and spring replacements. Same problem, different parts, same bill. Klug found it in one visit. A proprietary Honda washer was missing from the strut stack — gone since the original repair years ago. That one missing piece had been causing metal sleeve movement that chewed through mounts repeatedly. They ordered the correct part directly from Honda, installed missing bump stops, and reassembled everything properly. They also resolved an oil cooler O-ring leak and knocked out fluid services on the same ticket at a fair price. Communication was excellent throughout — clear, honest, patient, and no unnecessary upsells. Two hour drive afterward on winding roads and highway. Front end was transformed. This is what a good shop looks like. They find the actual problem. Excellent diagnostic work. Highly recommended.
