- RORiley O'ConnellFeb 26, 20262.0I got an oil change and headlight fixed. a few months later opening the hood for the first time since being there i found a shop rag on top of my battery, my air intake filter disconnected, and the intake hose pulled out of the airbox. went to Zetners and explained what i found with pictures and they promised the owner would call me next day. 3 weeks and 2 calls i made to them later and 2 more empty promises that the owner would call and i still haven't received a call from him. I understand stuff happens but if you avoid all accountability, I cannot give you my business.

I limped it to Zentner’s as they were close and had good reviews. This happened on a Sunday, so I left my truck and called on Monday explaining the problem. They diagnosed that day and found a blown wheel bearing and had it fixed that evening. Everything was done over the phone, with quick and easy communication/transaction. Thanks again!
