    My car was left a mess with the wires that were used for emergency lights and camera, to move the vehicle a total of 100 ft. They completely rearranged my seat, which is a problem when I have hip and back problems. Problems now. Even having problems walking. As far as the wiring goes, I had asked them to put them all back where they were, they did not. They left them laying on the dash, lights laying on the dash. After this, I don't ever think I'll use them again. Also, I forgot to mention that they never taped the window into place like they normally do at window shops, and them sent me a message 2 days later I could remove the tape. Not impressed

    The entire experience was great. The people are professional and personal in all the stages, from the initial call and set up to the tech who replaced my windshield. The technician came to our house and worked quickly. My windshield looks much better!

    My technician (David) called me 10 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on the way, I handed him my keys when he got there, and he had my windshield replaced in an hour. He and Safelite made everything easy and he was very polite and professional. I would definitely use their services again

    Safelite repaired my windshield on a 2012 Civic. In the process the technician damaged my front fender and for ed the ps door aftwards. Now I have a damaged vehicle. The technician said he would have manager call me which never happened. I tried calling the local shop phone and AI answering put me to Safelite call center and eventually the warranty center. I explained what happened and they told me I would need to bring car to them. I told them I could not as my vehicle is not registered or insured at this time as I was selling it. I don't know why they need to see it as they won't be repairing body damage and the technician took pictures. They said a manager will come out and set an appt for today, Saturday. On Saturday morning A technician from SafeLite in Appleton Wi called and said he didn't know why he was coming out as he could not assist with vehicle damage. I said a manager was suppose to come out which I was informed none were working. He said he would have a manager call me Monday. Now the car continues to sit, unable to be sold and will likely take 3-4 weeks to be repaired and a lot more of my time. That's if they call! I've had great experience with Safelite in the past however this time was horrible and their contact numbers are designed so you cannot speak to anyone other than national call center. This it not customer service.
