- AAAndre2 days ago1.0Thorough inspection and documentation of repair, but am not happy with the warranty and expertise of their work. I brought my car in for transmission and driveshaft work and the noise that I heard from the rear of the car has not been fixed. After confrontation, I was told that the issue would have to be diagnosed again and wasn’t covered by their warranty. So basically I would have to pay all over for diagnosis and the repair again. Why would the issue have to be rediagnosed if I already brought it in for that in the first place? The worst of all is that there was work done to the driveshaft close to transmission, which wasn’t addressing the noise issue I heard from the rear at all. It’s my fault because I agreed to their proposed repairs and I should have not blindly trusted them.
