  Everything about my rental from this location went extremely smooth. I rented a full size car, and requested something w/ good fuel economy. Ashlee set us up w/ Nissan Altima that did exactly what I asked for. She was great to deal with and took care of any questions we had, she even called to check to make the car was up to my satisfaction. Upon returning the vehicle I forgot to take my garage remote, again Ashlee called to make sure I came back to get it.

  Lexi and her team were fabulous at the Appleton East location. They were thorough in explaining the process and details to make it extremely easy, convenient, and provided me peace of mind after my deer 🦌 collision! Thanks to you all!

  I also put a review on oshkosh store as well. Neither store was entirely helpful for a single mom working night shift. Appleton location is run by children that need education in properly talking to adults. Telling a first time customer "Well you shouldn't have gotten insurance on the loaner if you couldn't pay for it. " excuse me?! You charge my card whatever you want on an every other day basis! I have rent due! I was in an accident that wasn't my fault, and thdir car insurance is paying for the car rental. I would have thrown the keys at her, and told her to check her attitude. But instead I've put the rest of the money in my savings where enterprise can't charge whatever they want yo my card, and gaving me drive to all these other locations to change my card information is pretty meaningless when there's other ways to pay.

  It's the only car rental agency we will use. The manager is so friendly and we couldn't ask for better service.
