She changed out our battery, did an alternator and system check and told us exactly what was wrong. I was impressed with her customer service, knowledge and friendliness. - JKJason KitkowskiOct 28, 20255.0I lost power in my 03 Chevy 2500. Got it restarted and drove the 3 block over to AutoZone. I pulled the alternator and they tested that for me. Then they tested both batteries. Everything was good, and I wasn’t sure where to check next. Mark came out and helped me for nearly half an hour trace wires and test different possibilities. We needed up finding the issue, a bad connection, and got the 10 dollar part to fix it. The team over here was great, super helpful. A special thanks to Mark for his help, had me back on the road quickly, cheaply and the problem hasn’t happened since.
