Then they tested both batteries. Everything was good, and I wasn’t sure where to check next. Mark came out and helped me for nearly half an hour trace wires and test different possibilities. We needed up finding the issue, a bad connection, and got the 10 dollar part to fix it. The team over here was great, super helpful. A special thanks to Mark for his help, had me back on the road quickly, cheaply and the problem hasn’t happened since.

He still greeted me and put my wiper blades on (which are difficult on my Encore) in the pouring down rain. Thankyou Jared Y. Ill definitely be back to this store in the future.
