My car began shutting down on me while I was driving. I was lucky enough to be right next to this advanced Auto parts store. I had just enough juice to pull into the parking lot. I had my 7 year old son in the car with me at the time. It was 7:00 at night and only 8 degrees outside. I went in and was told it is probably my alternator but he could put a new battery in my car to get me home. I have no family in the area and my husband was still at work. I asked him if he could put the battery in for me. Without hesitation he grabbed his tools and began replacing my battery in the freezing cold so I could get home. I was blown away by Joe’s kindness and willingness to help.
