- NTNicole Timm5 days ago1.0Asked for help finding a headlight bulb. Guy working told me to “google it”. Girl working pretended that she was looking on her computer but was just clicking the same thing on the screen, and was also very unfriendly. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Give your business to somewhere else that deserves it. If I could give zero stars I would.

An employee took a picture of our order WITH ALL OF OUR INFO FROM THE STORES COMPUTER and sent it to our neighbor saying "look who's name came up and I get to pick a order for". When we picked up the order I proceeded to talk to both managers on duty and they didn't seem to care at all about the picture. I am livid that my husband's info like name address and email are being sent without our permission. Who does that! So unprofessional and makes me wonder who else's information shes taking pictures of with her personal phone.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
