Ridiculous and horrible customer service. In addition, there is a note on the door "please wipe your shoes - staff" are you kidding me. This store is not focused on customer service. Fire the store manager and get someone else. Im never coming back to this store again. These workers are unhelpful and worthless. Go to AutoZone 1 block away. They are friendly and helpful.
- NJNot JonSep 27, 20251.0team member Christina D. has the worst attitude any worker can ever have. always thinks shes right and was on her phone from the moment i walked in and even when “helping” me was looking at her phone. would not recommend coming here at this location. i tried coming in for a warranty and she “returned” it instead. and told me to just pay for a new one which is no issue but the fact i had to pay even more $ out of my pocket because if her mess up is a BIG issue here. 0/10 recommended to come here until better staffed.
