  In August, we were at a camping concert at The Pines and needed to be towed to our home in St. Paul, MN. I have ben thinking about the service we received for 6 months now! Not only did Aaron find us, but he came quickly and was extremely helpful and friendly!! He was gentle with our vehicle and with our state of mind (we were quite frustrated and just needed to get home)! I would not only use Rodell Tow & recovery again because of the service we received from Aaron, but I would also highly recommend them!! Thank you Aaron! (I hope I spelled your name correctly!)

  I got stranded in Eau Claire live in Barron. I was frantic not knowing what it was. My wait for short not hours. The dispatcher felt my situation as well. She was fantastic. Ryan came to jump start my car 2021. After sometime all went well. He was such a ray of sunshine to my day. Being a widow and elderly he felt my pain. He went above and beyond his service with me. I highly recommend this towing company to call. Thank you again Ryan for your attention to me on a different level of customer service. Plus the dispatcher too.

  My car had two completely flat tires, which was incredibly stressful. From start to finish, Rodell Towing & Auto Repair made the entire experience easy and seamless. The dispatcher was excellent, and Jake provided phenomenal service while getting my new tires. His communication throughout the process was outstanding and truly put me at ease. Highly recommend!

  Guys came out to pigeon falls to unlock my car. Was done in less then 15 mins. Great service!
