The staff are terrific, very professional, kind, friendly, and accommodating. My car was a total loss in an accident, and the other driver's insurance was paying for my rental. Enterprise made this an easy, seamless experience. They picked me up at my home in Chippewa Falls, drove me to the office to pick up my rental car, and even let me change the drop off date and location twice when I ended up buying a new car in Minnesota.
