Then got asked to scan a qr code to write a review. Been to plenty of other jiffy lubes doing the same services with similar staffing that were able to do things in a timely manner or at least keep customers informed how long they were going to take, almost no one moved with a sense of purpose. However, they did change my oil with no faults and offer top offs if you need them later. Place is fine if you have a few hours to spare i guess
