  They ended up hitting my car door against one of their tool racks. Spilled some of the oil that I brought in as well. If this was one of their vehicles I am sure the techs would be a little more careful.... Just change the oil yourself these people could care less about your car.

  Stopped by Valvoline Instant Oil Change and had a great experience. The team was friendly, professional, and worked together really well. They got my oil change done quickly but still took the time to explain what they were checking along the way. They checked my coolant level and showed me how it looked, explaining why it’s important to keep it at the right level to protect the engine. They also recommended replacing my wiper blades, which I ended up doing because mine were starting to streak. I appreciated that they explained things clearly and let me decide without any pressure. Overall the service was fast, informative, and the staff had a great attitude. It’s nice to see a team that takes pride in helping customers understand their vehicle while still getting them in and out quickly.

  Great employees and a really positive atmosphere. The Mike was very informative and even took the time to show me everything on the computer screen so I could clearly see what was going on with my vehicle. Everyone there was upbeat and professional. Gary was especially cool. He was actually about to head out for lunch when I arrived, but he told me he’d stay and take care of my car first. That kind of attitude and customer service really stood out to me. The service was fast and friendly, and I never felt pressured to buy anything. They showed me a few things my vehicle might need and simply asked if I wanted to take care of them while I was there. If money wasn’t a little tight right now with how the local economy is, I probably would have gotten more done. Overall a great experience and I’ll definitely be back. We have several vehicles and will bringing them all here. Was a long time cascade user but this place kind of blows them out of the water. I almost started yelling out your guys' code words for service that's how hyped I was lol.
