  The crew was supper friendly. They knew what they were doing. To the point when one brought out my air filter he realized that the filter looked correct but the diameter was wrong and went back and got the right one.

  Simple oil change. Woody, Jacob, and Tyler was courteous, resctful and quick. They didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need. I'll be back.

  Always put this off dreading getting oil changes on my car dreading to decide what really needs done. I really needed new wipers so finally went in, last time they told me to replace the battery but I was sure it was fine. This time the same battery tested fine and they didn’t try to upsale me. They were respectful and didn’t make me feel dumb for taking a minute to find the right buttons. Also offered to help reset the oil life which was helpful. Appreciated they had a female staff member and noticed she was treated respectfully by the staff.

  I had an excellent experience at Valvoline thanks to Zeke, Cortes, and Damien. They helped me with a battery replacement, air filter change, and a full oil change, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. All three were incredibly thorough in their work, making sure everything was done right and double-checked before I left. On top of that, they were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they take pride in the quality of their work and customer service. I highly recommend Valvoline—especially if you get the chance to be helped by Zeke, Cortes, and Damien!
