  Incompetent employees did not properly close my hood after a rushed oil change and it opened on the freeway 2 days later and damaged my vehicle. I got charged 114$ for an oil change and an air filter on my perfectly conditioned 1995 4Runner and employee negligence caused damage to my vehicle. I usually check my oil everyday due to the engine eating oil but the one time I go and spend 2/3 more money for an oil change and I get vehicle damages l expected nothing and didn’t check my hood the 2 days after, because well I paid 114$ for service that alone tells me the service should’ve been too notch. But it was not. I Should’ve went to cascades and spent the 40$ instead and checked my oil 2 days later. Seems to me the cheaper options are usually better since you don’t get scammed. Been 2 weeks since and not one person has reached out to me, after making a claim. The first photo if from 2 days before I go moi oil change an the last 2 are the damages after i got my oil change
