Now it’s time for me to remove the device since Jan 7th and they have yet to provide the compliance certificate to my state. I am going on almost 6 weeks paying for the equipment that should already be out! They are not ever willing to get you to someone higher up for issues, they continually tell me “ it won’t be beneficial because we all have the same procedures” VERRYYYY FRUSTRATING
