Sometimes when I pick up the car there are not any of the least expensive ones that I am supposed to be getting and I will get a free upgrade. I wish this would happen more often because I love trying out all of the different new makes and models of cars. So I really dont have any complaints. All of the managers and employees are very friendly and helpful. Even when I have went in late and looking a mess never has anyone treated me poorly everyone that works there are the best at what they do they go above and beyond what they are required to do. And these days you dont get that from people as often as you used to. They deserve an award for customer service excellence!!

The guy was kind of rude, but played it off nice. He said well if you want you can go to gateway and see if they have one or you could go around the corner to Hertz. Well no.....but ummmm....confirmation email did say SUV lol......luckily the rods on the pass were good.

The vehicle I was given was filthy dirty on the exterior and I had to 5ake it to a car wash to make it presentable. I returned the vehicle with a full tank of fuel and washed and vacuumed it once again. Highly dissatisfied with the lack of customer service.
