When I rented on 10/15, I was told the only vehicle available was a Chevy SUV. Only after asking multiple times was I informed that there was also a Palisade and a Nissan Rogue sitting on the lot. This did not feel transparent. I also specifically asked multiple times about Apple CarPlay because I needed navigation for my drive. The employee repeatedly assured me that the Rogue had Apple CarPlay and that the map would appear once plugged in with a cord. I confirmed this more than once. However, even after several attempts, Apple CarPlay did not work. On 11/7, I called to ask about possibly dropping the vehicle off in Ellensburg. The employee, Taylor, repeatedly said “We need that car,” without explaining the drop-off policy or offering alternatives. When I asked about SUV options, he told me to return my SUV, take a Malibu for a day, and then bring it back ignoring the fact that I am more comfortable driving an SUV. As the call ended, he again said “We need that car,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. On 11/9, when I called to confirm drop-off charges for Ellensburg or SeaTac, Taylor again repeated “we need that car.” He eventually clarified that Ellensburg would have no charge and SeaTac would have a fee, but the communication was still abrupt and unclear. Additionally, while I was speaking, he hung up on me. When I called back and asked if he had hung up, he said there were people in line, so he hung up giving me the impression that I am not a valued customer and that my call was not worth his time. This behavior felt extremely unprofessional. I’ve always trusted Enterprise and have had great experiences at other locations, but unfortunately this location did not show the level of customer service I’ve come to expect. I will not be returning to this location.
