  We had a DEF sensor go out while near Yakima. We made it to Cummins late afternoon and Susie and Josh had the problem diagnosed very quickly. The next morning we had an update, the part was being sent overnight by Tiffin and would be installed as soon as the part arrived. We had our coach back and were back on the road within a couple hours of the part arriving. Susie, John, Josh and Josh 2 gave us excellent service.

  John did an outstanding job! He told us he would look at our truck on Wednesday. And he had it done shortly after noon that same day! Very impressed and we will be returning customers!
