  Drop my RV off a week ago because we were having a power issue camping I was advised before the way we had unhooked. The battery was perfectly fine to run on a single battery that we had flashing issues while camping. We’ve been camping with a single battery for almost 3 years. Yeah, I’m told it’s because we don’t have a second battery. We do not Boondock or anything like that I should not have a trickle charge coming in for my converter where I can’t even run my furnace without my power, shutting off and turning off and turning on and back off. Then when they called me to tell me, it’s ready to pick up and I owe over $300 for just diagnostics and because a fuse blue on my water heater. I get told that there’s issues with sealant on my RV, including around the roof. Well the issue is I just paid around $1000-$1200 in May 2025 for them to completely reseal my roof. When I mentioned this, I get the canned response of well after six months it needs to be checked You’re telling me a repair I was told to last for two years of properly taken care of only lasted for six months and I still haven’t gotten a call back yet today! When the service tech said he would go up on the roof. I get my RV back this coming Saturday and depending on how the service manager treats me and takes care of the issues that are completely ridiculous and not even covered by my warranty as they should’ve been or even diagnose properly. I will change my review if my things are taken care of. I’m also gonna go to the campground right next-door and I will test my power and if it has issues still I am gonna bring it right back and then contact my attorney or I should say I’ll take it to the camping world out in Troutdale and then contact my attorney. I have never had an issue with a camping world location before I have gone to the Troutdale location for almost 10 years and I am just appalled my second time having service at this location! Update Damien the manager is working with me.

  This is crazy… bought a brand new RV in 2025 from Camping World and it already has some issues. Brought it in to get those issues repaired instead of making them better they made it worse. Instead of pushing the couch against the wall and then securing it, they secured a couple inches away from the wall 🤯 Panels were never fixed. Other things were also never addressed. Now there’s some kind of leak because the floors are wet after sitting outside. I cannot believe the quality of these things 😫

  Positive experience with the service department. Carissa was an excellent communicator, keeping me updated on needed repairs & the progress. I opted to have a significant amount of work done on an older class B I recently purchased. They did not pressure me into any of the work, just gave me a detailed overview of everything that was needed and let me choose from there. The service technician, Derrick, even took a video, which was helpful. So far I’m happy with the job!
