- RFRebecca FischerMar 15, 20261.0Bought used trailer from the Woodland camping world place, noticed one wheel was leaning inwards. Salesman said they will take care of it. When I picked the trailer up I noticed wheel looked like it did before. Some suspension parts were replaced but didn’t fix the issue. Asked to talk to the mechanic who told me to do it right, I would need two new axles. After that statement, I asked to talk to manager who agreed to go ahead and install two new axles. Picked up the trailer and drove it home. Decided to get new tires at Schwab. I was called to the counter where the guy from Les Schwab told me that the u bolts holding the axles were loose. Went to camping world to inform them about that. Talked to a sales manager who did apologize, took my number and said service manager would call, still waiting on that call. Went home crawled under trailer where I found two more loose bolts. Not too impressed with the quality control at that location. This could have gone really wrong. To prevent possible future accidents, I would recommend to mark bolts after they have been tightened. We all have our off days and that is why it is important to have another worker check the install. This would be a lot cheaper than getting sued or even worse. We have to learn from our mistakes to make things better in the future. All accidents are preventable. Ralf Fischer
