I just went for the 3rd time and I will continue to go back to them every time. The employees at this store are friendly, respectful and dependable. I didn't feel the pressure of a upsell like some places I've been to which was really nice. I was informed of a few things I need to look into to help maintain my vehicles performance which I appreciated. I highly recommend this location to others.

One a number of years ago when they misaligned the threads on the oil filter and it had to be hammered off at another mechanic. I tried them out again a month ago thinking that plenty of time had passed for new employees to have replaced the old. Now I am stuck in Reno with a toasted transmission. I went in for an oil change which apparently they didn't do because the oil in my car is black and they did something to my transmission but did not replace the plug correctly so it eventually fell out and I was driving it with no fluid. Now I am looking at 4k for a replacement used transmission.
