  My Lexus was in a collision sustaining nearly $10,000 in damage necessitating a lengthy repair job. Devin was amazing throughout the process by giving me personalized service and frequent updates. Other staff was wonderful too, Teresa, Josh and Taylor. I am very satisfied with the repairs and with my experience at Gerber Collision in Woodinville. I would highly recommend them.

  This is my 2nd time back at Gerber after being rear ended another time and the service was excellent again! Communication via email and phone, specifically with Theresa, was easy and pleasant! Devin (I believe) was the once who inspected my car and was also very pleasant and made me feel confident that Gerber would get the job done well, which they did! Repairs were done several days earlier than expected which was lovely too! Overall really helpful with claims as well! 100% recommend Gerber and will come back if I’m ever in a similar situation

  Devin "AKA Cannonball" was my service rep. Super attentive and an amazing job from start to finish. My front bumper and front passenger side door came out looking the same as the day I drove my car (2018 Camry) off the lot. It was super convenient being able to leave the rental car with Gerber at the end and Enterprise coming to pick up the car from there.

  Recently had some front end work completed on a 2021 Mercedes GLA250 by Gerber in Woodinville @ 14201 NE 190th St. We HIGHLY Recommend Devin Cannon & crew: they did exceptional work & the techs are true craftsmen. Devin & Theresa were terrific to work with: thoroughly explained the estimate & repairs, provided a parts layout of the front end & all items that needed to be replaced. Also provided a perfect 6-day timeline for the repair job & kept us posted along the way. The billing process via Safeco Insurance was seamless. We were extremely impressed with the final result: the front end looks brand new! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Gerber Facility!!

  These guys are the best of the best. I recommend Gerber to all of my friends and family, and this location is especially great. The estimator, Devin, is incredibly patient and thorough. He’s definitely the guy you want to talk to when your car’s beat up. He was so kind to me in my distress. Theresa at the front desk is so much fun to talk to and she answered all of my questions about the process. When I first called, she answered right away, and got me an estimate appointment same day. Truly phenomenal customer service all around. And my car looks brand new again!
